portacount machine request process
HCCME has three coalition-funded PortaCount machines that can be loaned to member organizations for the purposes of supplementing their existing fit testing capabilities.
overview of request process
Prior to submitting a PortaCount Request, the member organization must have first:
Submitted an Organization Agreement Form with the Coalition
Reviewed the PortaCount Utilization Terms and Conditions document and are in agreement
Once the member organization submits the PortaCount Request, the Coalition will notify them of whether or not the request is approved as well as next steps via email
